Employment Application Processing
During the application process for your company we recognize that response time is vital when hiring new employees. We provide motor vehicle department records checks and drug testing to ensure that you are hiring qualified employees. We ensure that their driving record and work history is acceptable for you. Nest has a track record of processing applications and providing certification to you within 48 hours. The application process includes a current employment application, MVR, Drug Test and E-Verify on all potential employees. If approved by your company we will also conduct a roadside inspection history confirmed by the DOT.
- DAC/Hire Right reports are obtained to include MVR, CDLIS list and drug and alcohol, and criminal reports (Optional).
- Regulatory employment verifications:
- Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Employment Verification (3 Years and up depending on your company requirements)
- All DOT required documentation, NEST will ensure that all files have required DOT documents; Copy of Driver’s License, SSN card, Medical card and long form physical as well as pre-employment drug testing results.
- DOT driver file set-up, NEST will systematically create a driver file to include a checklist showing that all DOT required documents are in the file.
